Only
The
Eternal God
Can
give you
Eternal
Life!
There is a precedent set in the first chapter of Genesis in the Bible, as well as nature itself, and that’s that “like kind begets like kind”. Dogs don’t have kittens they have puppies; goldfish don’t have sharks they only produce more goldfish, and rabbits do produce bunnies (and how!).
Kindness
is a word taken from the idea that you have treated others as you
would your kind. Kind is also where the word ‘kin’ comes from
which means your relatives.
You’re
like your parents in the way you look, in the way that you talk, in
your temperament and all kinds of other ways – some we like and
some we don’t like.
Now,
the point being that God has shown you those things in nature so that
you can more plainly see something that He has for you that you can’t
see – except by faith.
Heb
11:1
Now
faith is the substance of things hoped for, the
evidence
of things not seen.
Just as you have been born through your parents and that process gave you life, one day you must die because you come from a long line of parents that have died. Man dies because he has sinned.
Rom
6:23 For
the wages of sin
is
death; but the
gift of God is
eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Eternal Life is a Gift through Jesus Christ!
As
we have just learned, if we can get eternal life only through Jesus
Christ – wouldn’t that make Jesus Christ eternal?
Yes,
it would!
Christ
claimed He was Eternal:
John
8:58
Jesus said unto them, Verily,
verily,
I
say
unto
you,
Before
Abraham
was,
I
am.
Christ
also said that He and the Father were one.
John
5:18
Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only
had broken the Sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making
himself equal with God.

Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

Jesus answered them .
. . for
which
of
those
works
do
ye
stone
me?

. . . but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest
thyself God.
Jesus
Christ did not hesitate to say that He was God. This term “I Am”
directly referred back to God saying to Moses whom he should say that
sent him to the Israelites.

3:14
And God said unto Moses,
I AM THAT I AM:
The
chart above gives a graphic layout of Time and Eternity. We are
creatures locked in time. So much so that we don’t understand
eternity for it has no beginning and no end. But God says that He
inhabits eternity (see chart).
That
distinction could only come from God!
Jesus Christ’s Sacrifice was Eternal!
This means that the eternal debt that we owed to an Eternal God was paid for by Jesus Christ, His Son!

Not
only was it paid for in full but all your sins were paid for – your
past, present, and future sins
by simple belief in the Eternal Sacrifice of Jesus Christ made on the
Cross of Calvary almost 2,000 years ago. His blood paid that eternal
price for us.
1Jn
1:7
. . . and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all
sin.
That’s past sins, present sins and
future
sins!
Can I hear a shout?!! Amen!!!
Think
about it folks. What can you do to pay back an Eternal God? You’d
have to pay Him back with an eternity wouldn’t you? David, the
King of Israel said:
Psa
51:4
Against thee, thee only, have I sinned . . .
As
David admitted sin, so you and I must also:
Rom
3:23 For
all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
That
is the standard by which God goes by – His Son. If you don’t
measure up to that standard then you need His Righteousness.
Ro 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Declares
the end from the beginning:

46:10
Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the
things
that are not yet
done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
The
question is:
How
will you stand before
The
Eternal God?
We
will all one day die; therefore we will all stand before God Almighty
and render an account of our sin. The
Eternal God will demand an
equal payment. Howard Hughes, once the richest man on earth, could
not pay the interest on that payment. There are 2 ways to pay:
- Burn forever in a Lake of Fire. (see Rev. 20:15)
- Accept Jesus’ blood as the payment for your sin.
Those
are the only options you really have. The world and its various
religions talk a good game, but the Bible has the authority of truth
in it. What it says will be the final say and you
will have no excuse.
Say
this prayer from your heart if you want eternal life:
Dear Lord, I believe
that Jesus was God manifest in the flesh; that he came to make me
free from the eternal debt that I owe. Save me and forgive me for my
sins. I take by faith the
blood that Jesus
shed for me on the cross of Calvary as payment
for all my sin – my past sin, my present sin, and my future sin. I
pray this prayer by faith in your word, the Holy Bible and in the
name of Jesus Christ.

If you can't print this out (this is meant to be a 1/2 page tract -- so you get two on a page - back and front) I can send you a file for open office. This file also uses the maximum allowed on your page setup. That's why I gave you the pics so you can just do the best you can and print them out.
